The hydraulic system of the double-way pipe bender consists of a power part, an actuator part, a control part, and an auxiliary part. The functions of each part are as follows:
Power section: Consisting of a prime mover and a hydraulic pump, it converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover (electric motor) into hydraulic pressure energy and outputs high-pressure oil.
Executive part: Consisting of a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic motor, it primarily converts the high-pressure energy of liquid into mechanical energy to drive the working element and perform external work, achieving reciprocating linear motion or rotary motion.
Control section: Consisting of various control valves, it controls and adjusts the pressure, flow rate, direction, etc. from the pump to the actuator in the hydraulic system, ensuring the motion path and pattern of each actuator.
Auxiliary components: including oil tanks, pipe fittings, filters, heat exchangers, accumulators, and some instruments, etc., used to assist the normal operation of hydraulic components
